The Winsor & Newton Designers Gouache Introductory Set is an ideal starting point for artists looking to build a collection of gouache paints. Designers Gouache colours are a range of opaque watercolours, so called because they were developed for and continue to be used mainly by designers. Gouache is also used by fine artists as an opaque watercolour, often in combination with watercolours.

The set consists of ten 14ml tubes of Winsor & Newton Designers Gouache (Primary Yellow, Permanent Yellow Deep, Spectrum Red, Primary Red, Ultramarine, Primary Blue, Permanent Green Middle, Yellow Ochre, Ivory Black, Zinc White.) These vibrant, lightfast colours cover a wide spectrum, and can easily be mixed to create more specific tones.
