Delivery information

Your our shipping costs will be calculated automatically on checkout but please read the following should you wish to find out how we treat shipping to customers inside and outside the UK.

Standard UK Delivery

Standard UK (including Guernsey/Jersey / the isle of Man/Highlands and Islands) delivery is FREE on all orders of £40 or over.

Delivery for orders less than £40 to anywhere in the UK will usually incur a standard delivery charge of £4.50 but some items may be free, lower or higher.

Free postage to UK mainland for ALL orders placed during June 2023.

Delivery is made by Royal Mail. We aim to have your order to you within 3-5 working days.

Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order should we believe the address is not secure, e.g. to a communal postal address or PO Box. We will notify you as soon as possible should this affect an order you place. If you need to inform us of any Special Instructions for your order or delivery, you can do this by adding a message in the 'Note to Seller' box within the payment system. You are very welcome to send us an email too. In stock Items

Items listed as In Stock ordered before 12 noon will be dispatched that day orders placed after 12 noon may not be dispatched until the next day.

Re-order Items

If any of the items that you have pre-ordered and we are unable to complete your order we will contact you by email or telephone. You may wish to take a part-delivery or cancel your order at this point. We will of course endeavour to complete your order within 5 to 10 days. The lead time on some items may be slightly longer., in which case we will inform you and will keep you up-to-date with the progress of your order.

International Shipping

For deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world we use the Royal Mail International Signed For service. This is a secure service and requires a signature on arrival. It is for packages up to a weight of 5kg and so if your order amounts to above this weight we will contact you about any further costs that this may incur.

Damaged Goods

If you receive goods from us that have been damaged during delivery we will replace them. Provided that you notify us within seven days of the receipt of the goods you may return the goods to our shop address: Broad Canvas Ltd. 20 Broad Street, Oxford OX1 3AS. We will send you a pre-paid envelope to use to return the goods so it will not cost you anything. We will then send your replacement items at no extra cost to you. When returning goods to us, please include a copy of the original receipt, delivery address, the customers name, email address and telephone number.

If you fail to inform us of the damaged goods within seven days we will deem the goods to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and that you have accepted them and you will be liable to pay for all and any charges.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, call us on 01865 244025 during our shop hours of Monday-Saturday 9am-5,30pm and Sunday 11am-5pm. If the order has already been processed you will be unable to cancel the order. However, you may return the item for a refund.
