The Art set comprises of grades 8B to 2H. An excellent choice for all fine art applications. The range offers consistent tonal gradations. The soft texture, of the B grades, allow for subtle blending and smoothing out with blenders, burnishers and stumps. Unlike other brands, the manufacturing of these pencils, means as you need to replace individual pencils - you can be assured that the tone and feel will be identical each time they are purchased. Encased in Cedar wood, the strong durable graphite cores don’t crumble under pressure. This allows for both precise sharpening and easy erasing.
The Design set ranges from 5B to 5H ideal for Design, Illustration and Architectural studies. The nature of the hard lead pencils - produce clear, sharp and precise lines. The softer B grades add depth and tone to your drawings. The lead cores across the range are renowned for their stability in use producing beautiful soft satin marks.
