Three Bob Ross Liquid Basecoats essential to the Bob Ross Wet-on-Wet Technique. The Bob Ross Wet-on-Wet Technique is dependent upon a wet surface to work into. Liquid white, liquid black and liquid clear are special formulas of oil painting mediums developed exclusively for Bob Ross, allowing the artist to blend their oil colours directly on the surface.
